.  AHWD (At Home With Diversity): I have received training on working effectively with diverse clients and communities.

. CRA (Certified Residential Appraiser): As a CRA, I am a licensed appraiser who evaluates the value of residential properties.

. PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor): I have received training in pricing strategies, market analysis, and property valuation, thus I can assist sellers in determining the optimal listing price for their homes.

. SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource): As an SFR designee, I am knowledgeable in the sale of distressed properties, short sales, and foreclosures. 

. SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist): As an SRES professional, I specialize in working with older adults, helping them navigate real estate decisions related to retirement, downsizing, and aging in place.
